A prerequisite for attending your Command UK course is that you complete and return a participation form.

This form is not a 'blood chit' where you sign away any of your rights. As a commercial and responsible provider, we maintain a statutory duty of care for your physical and emotional well being during the course, the participation form does not indemnify us of this responsibility.

What the participation from does is important though. It acknowledges that you have disclosed any and all relevant information that we need to manage your safety and well being during the event. It also acknowledges that we have informed you of the nature of the event and the risks involved.

Now we are not talking about serious risk of injury, but you will be taking part in physical group problem solving activities both indoors and outside. As such, you will be briefed prior to each and every activity and will receive appropriate support and advice as to your suitability to participated based upon the information you disclose to us.

The dietary information you supply on the participation form is important for the venue where your event is run, so we ask that you return all completed forms to your administrator at least two weeks prior to the event.

The information you supply on the forms will be stored by Command UK for 5 years and then destroyed. It will not be disclosed or shared with any third party unless a dispute arises.
