Obviously we are after customers! We don't expect you to become one as a result of attending the leadership course, but we would like you to commit to the following:

If you commit to attend, you turn up! Just because it's free doesn't mean there isn't value in it and we expect you to make a real commitment please.
You broaden our network. We ask that you introduce three new colleagues, either from inside your own organisation or from other organisations. What we are after of course is the right kind of people - decision makers, strategy influencers, and budget holders! We welcome all contacts, but we need to be focused on those who can act or influence please.
You don't play games! This is a serious commitment from us to invest energy and effort into individuals, and organisations that really value leadership and teamwork training. We view this as an opportunity to establish and grow a relationship with you. Please ensure you are serious too.
